-99 cents on your google account

what you need to do is go into the market find this app and download it

there is your desktop themes to apply it open GO launcher push the menu key select themes and select ice cream sandwich

there you go now open go locker from the app drawr (your shiny new ICS one )

downoad that from markert then open golocker click my locker and select IceCream

(you can use nolock to disable androids lockscreen its what i did)

then BUY this from the market (or search for the apk on google i dont recomend this but you may do it)

then open gosms select menu select Ice Cream Sandwitch Theme

Thanks, cammy, for a well written guide. The only thing glaring at me you might want to fix are some spelling errors (pet peeve of mine.) How is your battery life with GoLocker? I haven't tried it, but Magic Locker ate my charge like it was potato chips.

All golocker basicilly is is an add on to go launcher. So. Nicely

Well, yeah, but that kinda flies in the face of this being a no root required guide.

I can't remember which one of the Go Launcher EX ICS Themes it was, but one of them installs Airpush ads (stupid ads that show up on the status bar, and when you want to get rid of them they want you to "opt out") on your phone. Airpush is very very bad news.
