I don't think you can :3(correct me if I'm wrong) but I think this is easier than flashing. Just have to download script manager and the script you want. Open the script with the app and it will turn of the LED.

+ you can add shortcuts to your home screen to sort of toggle on/off

SOOO glad I found this... my charging LED was so bright, Commissioner Gordon could have used it to signal Batman. It was driving me nuts at night, but no more!
