If you read my other post you will know i was having problems with getting the mobile data to work on the S4, i have resolved that now by changing networks, but i have one more problem, for some reason i cant seem to get H+ on the galaxy S4, only G, does anyone know why, putting my new sim card in another phone i get the H+ speeds straight away?.
 
Try going to settings>connections>more network>mobile networks>network mode and make sure LTE/WCDMA/GSM is checked. Also make sure "mobile data' is checked on the mobile network menu.
