Ok, so where do we want it, I would suggest in the Development category below custom roms.. and what do we want it called? I would be fine with:
Android System Mods, Scripts and Hacks

Fine by me. We need rooted and stock subforums please.

Also created. Happy to change wording/forums/prefixes as you guys see fit.
I named them "rooted devices only" and "stock devices only" leaving the parent to work for both, but if that thinking is a little off or whatever, let me know.
