My dad and I walked out with new HTC Inspires and we way over paid, but my dad needed a new phone and He felt bad making me wait 2 months to get the phone I wanted, that HE was getting!

I am so loving this phone and cant wait to really customize it. Cant wait to get rid of the regular ringtones and get some real ringtones! The guy from ATT said to get task killer, that's a no-no, right?

I am so excited abut this phone, I have forgot all the stuff I have been reading here on the forums! I want to try and install swype and launcher pro. I was throughly pissed when, I saw that the Amazon.com Android App store, isnt usable by AT&T users! I was mad. Oh well.
Any tips or android newbie help will be greatly appreciated, and I will definitley use the search engine, but is hasn't been too helpful. I m looking for a list of begginer and essential apps to get. So much to learn! Can't beat the fun I am having, sharing this new experience with my Dad! Android ROCKS!!!!

congratulations! it is a great phone and i love mine. Launcher Pro and ADW Ex are both great, but i honestly like sense better. Play with it a bit and you might feel the same way.

umm, since we were out of contract HE paid $700.00+ for the phones, screen protectors and 2 body glove cases, until I can find the Otterbox Defender.
One question, I had emoticons, but now they are gone. What may have I done to lose it?
