I'll go first:
The tilt sensor stopped functioning (wouldn't go to landscape mode.) This may have been a flakey widget and not the phone, because a couple widgets were added just before the failure and they used the tilt sensor.
It'll be interesting to see how many times I have to pull the battery compared to my old Blackberry, about four times in two years. However, I wasn't adding widgets to the Blackberry every few days either...
