Help Had trouble locking onto GPS

Okay, actually on the back of the receipt it says, "45 days for all producst for Reward Zone Program Premier Silver Members." As I recall, it was something that came in the mail if you spend enough money at Best Buy each year, I don't recall how much exactly.

Otherwise, try the eyelashes.

Mine's going back. This will likely be my first, and last, Motorola device.
 
If your GPS really isn't working I don't see why VM or Motorola (maybe) wouldn't send you a new device but I would check with BB first Melissa, I'm sure if you find the right person (management) they will help you out.
 
I agree with novak921. Anyway, there should be a warranty period for the device, but I'm sure BB, or RS, or VM, no matter where you buy it would send you another. VMUSA would probably send you a replacement, even if you purchased from say BB.
