HAIPAD M1001 firmware problem

Yesterday, I tried to upgrade firmware on my device (2010.12.02PM20.rar).

But FWDN does not finish process correctly and i reboot it. After that, my device stuck on "i love you" screen.

And when i connect HAIPAD to PC (Windows XP) drivers from firmware does not work. So I can't reinstall firmware again.

When I connect USB in "Device Manager" my device is in "Other Devices" -> "Android" and i can't install driver for it.

ok, i resolve problem with drivers...

But i can't update firmware.
FWDN print some problems:
for version "2010.09.29PM20" i got
CRC ERROR - Target CRC = 0x2E22FA10 / File CRC = 0xA51C7FE8

for version "2010.12.02PM20" FWDN stuck on the task
Check CRC - Start
