About every 3rd time I swipe my unlock screen, a list of "handango apps" pops up. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

These sound like "push adds" that are coming from an app you have installed, download addons detector or airpush detector to see if you can identify the offending app and then remove it
