Root Handcent --- Attach audio / music

I'm trying to attach an audio file (music file) to my Handcent text message. When I try to do so, I get the error message "Message size limit reached. Sorry, you cannot add this audio to your message."

Is there a solution? Or a different app that I should use?

If you are rooted (as you posted in the root forum), there is a hack to allow larger files to be sent that you can flash through clockwork.
