Handcent Conversation Style

Iphone with custom colors for different people and different ring tones and signatures for different people.

I like the blacklist also you can still look to see what you get if you want but you don't have to get it right a way like the other text. I coach cheerleading and there are some people you just need to see my time not their's, on that note I also have some people go right to voice mail. I love that I can customize so much with this phone.
 
Android. Don't care for the chat bubbles. Rather have it boring and easy to read.
Black background, white incoming text, dark grey outgoing, cyan date/time

I would personally prefer an even more compact Android style where the timestamp does not take up a line by itself but instead it is appended to the end of either the message or the sender/receipient name. :cool:
 
I should have listed my colors....

Black BG (0,0,0)
Baby Blue contacts (158,180,255)
Green subject (132209,0)
Orange Date (255,131,0)
Gray divider (0,0,0) w/ 126 transparency
 
iPhone, pic background, diff. for conversation screen and bubbles, Wife, Family, Friends, all have diff. colors
 
I'm no longer running it plain and simple and since I'm bored I'll upload a pic to show what it looks like. The conversation list is the App theme black default with the "hidden" Droid wallpaper (slightly darkened) for the background.

The left is a select few contacts and the right is the default for everyone else.
