Handcent question

Stick with the HTC stock messaging more reliable.
Have had problems with both ChompSMS and Handcent although they are visually more pleasing.

I find Handcent a lot faster than the stock one. Maybe it takes a while for them both to do there own indexing ? Hence why stock is really slow on mine (cos I have not used it for ages so it is having to index?) Handcent is smooth and fast.
