Handcent SMS App

[jds4000]

Has anyone tried the AWESOME and FREE Handcent SMS App on the GS 4 yet ? Are you able to swipe left front a contacts name and message directly to Handcent SMS or will this feature only work with the default stock SMS app ? I will be purchasing my Verizon branded GS 4 May 23rd. Thank you.

Yes, Handcent will work with that Contacts swipe action. When you do the swipe, it will ask you what app you want to use for messaging. Choose Handcent and set it as Always and you will then use Handcent as the messaging app when you swipe a contact.
