I just installed Handcent (i was using chomps). And this sms app seems to have a lot more features. At first my phone was notifying me of texts, I would have to turn on my phone from asleep and then they would popup. But a quick reset of the phone solved that.
I wanted to ask you users who have been using handcent if you ever got the trackball to light up when you got a text? I see it is an option in the settings but doesn't work on my phone. I know the Euro Hero advertised that it did indeed have this light up trackball notification function but maybe not our Sprint Heroes?
