Hi All

I have downloaded Handcent and I really like it but I cannot get rid of the original message thing from my Hero so I get double notifications

I am not very techie at all

Can anyone help me please?

You can't actually get rid of the other app without breaking your phone's ability to send/recieve texts.

However, if you go the settings of the original app you can turn off notifications for it there.
