handscent smileys

[Rich Cashster]

I was wondering if I download handscent and use the smileys in my texting, if the other person doesnt have handscents, will they still see my smilieys (emoticons)?

Technically no. The other person you are trying to send it will not "see" unless he/she has emoji smile packs or some sort.
