Help Handwriting to text problem

Hi,

Not sure if one of the kids messed up a setting but now when using the samsung keyboard, the handwriting to text feature isn't working. The pen still works but it's not changing what's written to a word or letter or anything.

I tried resetting the samsung keyboard settings but it didn't fix the issue.

Any suggestions? It doesn't seem to be a problem with the pen... seems more to do with the handwriting recognition software.

I know this sounds like the laptop service support guys on the phone, but have you tried restarting your phone? I run into the same problem once in a while, mainly right after I switch to Samsung's handwriting recognition (I normally use SK3). But it gets fixed every time I restart my phone.

Which makes me feel even stupider. That fixed it.

Having the same issue randomly. I restart device and that fixes it, but this is an annoying non-fix. I bought the device specifically because of the handwriting recognition input. Anyone else have more info on this?
