Help hanging up while talking

Why will my Samsung Galaxy S3 hand up while I am in the middle of a phone call? My phone model I Sch1535

It could be service or device? Does it say call failed? Is it a specific area? Did it just start?

No it doesn't say call failed. It just hangs up in the middle of conversation. And screen will say call ended. And it isnt in a specific area.

If its more then a 10 mile radius its normally going to be a device issue and I would suggest to have your carrier look at it!

"Call ended" means it was disconnected at the tower, either by you, the other party hanging up or by the signal dropping. Does this happen everywhere? And has it been happening since you've had the phone or is this something new?

Also, can you confirm that the screen goes blank when you hold it up to your ear? If it doesn't you might be hanging it up yourself with a random touch from your cheek.
