Help hangs

hello there, i am using samsung galaxy s2. after few months i experienced some problems that my phone hangs/jammed/ freeze sometimes. while listening to music, and while the phone is ringing, it seems to be jammed. can you suggest how should i recover this problems? thanks

welcome! it may be that you've reached the max of your RAM? try clearing some RAM through your settings or the task manager don't use task killers, it's not advisable (as what i've heard).. try closing some applications that are useless and run on the background
