Happy Holidroid Contest 12/12: Monday Trivia!

Estrella Damm was the beer you drank after you GOT there (quote from the article: "We’re finally here and are kicking things off right with some Spanish beers (Estrella Damm)."), but the question was: "What was the first beer that the gang drank when we went to Spain this year?" So, technically the question is about the beer you drank when you were still going to Spain.

Therefore my answer is "Not Estrella Damm"....I do not know what the name of the beer was which the gang drank when you were still on your way, I don't even know if the gang had a beer when going there, but I sure as hell know that whatever happened...you did not drink Estrella Damm when you were still going there.

I just won! Hand me my Galaxy Nexus now please, thank you very much.

only 4 or 5? Yeah, the odds of winning are pretty low. But the first to post contests are pretty sketchy. Somebody with better hardware/internet connection will outperform anybody. Plus if they sit there all day and press f5 on the main page and get to post before twitter announces the contests to the subscribers, their chances of winning are higher.

You'd have to have a pretty poor computer for it to impact your web speeds. Unless, of course, your computer is full of malware. As for the internet connection, location matters much, much, more than speed past standard dsl speeds. I have a decent 12mbps connection, but my average ping to google servers is 50ms. BTW, their twitter announced this contest and I'd say 90%+ of their posts within a second of them going up. Today 2 posts were announced several minutes on twitter before they showed up on the front page as well.
 
Too late, I know, but Estrella Damm. At least I actually saw the contest entry semi-in time this time. Seems like I never see the contest posts until the day after.

Untill they can prove that they didn;t drink any beer prior to the Estrella Damm, I still win. Because if they did drink any other beer, during the taxi ride to the airport, or in the airplane itself....that still falls under "went".....and that beer then wouldn't have been Estrella Damm, so my answer is still valid.

I want PROOF or a GALAXY NEXUS (+the other goodies)

EDIT: to disqualify this post, so my earlier unedited post is still my only valid entry :)
