Happy turkey-free Thanksgiving!! The only Turkey discussed in this house is the country my family hates for what they did to 'us' (Armenians).

Hope all of you who are traveling have a safe and happy trip. For my fellow homebodies, enjoy your day and think about what you're grateful for, even the tiniest things, that bring you joy. Speaking of Joy... Joy Noelle joined my family 17 years ago today, well, really, last night. It was almost midnight. The 2004 and 2021 calendars are the same, so it was Tuesday like it is now, 17 years ago when I woke up and said out loud, "is there a tiny black-and-white kitten in the front bathroom?" I thought I had dreamed it!! But, no, there she was. :D

Just realized I forgot to ID the picture, which is looking across the Danube towards the Buda side of Budapest. IIRC that’s the Liberty Bridge.
(We’re actually flying home on Thanksgiving Day, which in the states is a great day to fly, for obvious reasons. The downside is we’re skipping TG this year since we won’t even be home until the evening and will be dead on our feet. My sister said she’d save us some leftovers, but to me the food is a distant second place in the scheme of TG.)

Well what I could remember, I was really sick and just drunk a few cups of Dayquil, so what I could remember is a few Thanksgiving dinners at my friends home, and we got into conversations somehow about weddings, and I annouced to them "Whenever I do get wed, it will be a closed off ceramony, hopefully one day I will meet her." I never seen what kind of plan I was twisted in my head either, so that way even I would just fall out of my chair, I was still asleep throughout the day on and off, I just ate and had a great time over there as well as my sister's place yesterday :) Photos, do you want photos?
