Happy (U.S.) Thanksgiving

Whoa! Can't believe I missed this thread .

Had a very nice Thanksgiving...which included no turkey whatsoever ;) :D.

Turns out we're doing the traditional meal tomorrow (Saturday) at the in-laws so that more of my wife's side of the family could attend.

So yesterday, I got to wake-up very early and play soccer with my son and old friends who I hadn't seen in over 9 years. Was a great way to start a rare, turkey-less Thanksgiving :) [we had Swedish meatballs instead (they were delicious!)].

How do you say "gobble gobble gobble" in Swedish? :p ;) :D

This way, of course ;) :D.

This is kind of late, but seeing as it's coming all the way from Spain I guess it's okay, lol. Of course they don't celebrate it here, but because of TV and movies they know what it is, and in Spanish it's "Feliz dia de accion de gracias" which is literally Happy Thanks Giving translated. Haven't had one myself in over twenty years now, but it's nice to see these threads to remind you of those "merican" holidays when you are abroad for so long!!!!

P.S. They really go all out for Easter here though, lol, I'll upload some pics if you guys do a thread for that!!!!
