This sounds like a glitch in the custom ROM. I'm going to move this thread to the All Things Root sub-forum so you can get more rooted members to help figure out your problem.
Revert back to your backup. If the problem persists it is your phone. If not the ROM is corrupt. Download a fresh ROM and Gapps and use the Update_wiper_1.3.zip found in the All Things Root Guide. Install the wiper zip first (this will allow for a more through wipe) then install the ROM, and gapps.
