That's awesome. Kudos for you being the first I9000-based ROM to fix this (I think?). As you see in your thread, it's not just me who is very happy about this.
Do the button backlights come up when you touch the screen too now?
Im 99% sure one of the earlier Perception builds had it, I dont know about the newer ones.
Anyway this will probably be the next rom I go to. I'm having one minor problem on Phoenix, which I like, but its nothing special so Im ready for the next one

There's a little magic worked by Guardian_Bob that adds that functionality, linked in the first post of the Serendipity thread. I've added it to Assonance - it works well. It's now available in the market as Keep the Lights On.That's awesome. Kudos for you being the first I9000-based ROM to fix this (I think?).
