Has anyone returned a hard bricked captivate?
Like en route to froyo 2.2 yesterday.. my comp turned off when I was updating..
Screen went pink..
I pulled battery and now it won't turn on.
I don't mean that in an "overly eager to freak out over nothing" way, I mean this bastard literally won't do so much as turn on a light.
I even tried rigging up a usb jib from XDA. Later on I read those only work if your phone turns on but, 3 button combo doesn't work.
I am wondering if I claim warranty will they be able see that I was at any point rooted.. Also as a privacy concern would there be anyway they could retrieve pics/card info ect ect..
Last thing I need is them knowing what I look like in addition to card information should there be an unscrupalous at&t employee..
