I have a Galaxy 5 that is no longer working after downloading a screen unlocker.
I can not get into the Settings menu at all, when the phone is unlocked there is a blank screen. Googling has not been much help at all, the only way I can find to do a factory reset is through the settings menu.
The FAQ on Samsung website say to hold down the Send + End key then press the Reset Hole with the Sylus pen (the galaxy 5 doesn't have a stylus)... but I can't see a reset hole anywhere, although I have tried the only hole using a plastic and metal objects.
Would appreciate any advice.
