Help Hard Reset if Screen Doesn't Work

Is there a way to do it?? My screen doesn't turn on and am sending it back to Verizon but wanted to know if there was an alternative way to clear ALL data from it.

You'll have to do it blind.

1. Turn off device.
2. Hold the volume DOWN key then press the power key. Wait 2 seconds and release the power key first then release the volume key.
3. Wait about 10 seconds before touching anything....this is important as the phone is reading PMG files.
4. Click down on the volume DOWN key 4 times.
5. Press the power key.

This will wipe your phone and reset to factory default.
