Hard Reset or Flash ROM???

I'm hoping this will be an easy question for someone with resetting/flashing experience. I have a SF, and I recently rooted my phone, installed Titanium Backup, and yes... uninstalled some important stuff. TWLauncher to be exact. I have LP and it is working fine, but some things just aren't right, and everything was fine up until i uninstalled TW. I was wondering, since I am running the stock rom (never flashed), can I just hard reset, or do I need to flash a new rom with Odin? I was about to do a hard reset, when I wondered if somehow, TW would not come back, and I would lose LP, equaling black screen of nothing. When is it necessary to flash a rom as opposed to hard resetting? Thanks!

If you do a factory reset it will boot loop since there is no launcher. You have a few options.

The easiest option is if you are happy with LP, get the app called root explorer or something similar that gives you system access. Next navigate to data/app. In this folder you will find the apps you have downloaded from the market. LP will be in there. Copy the file. Then navigate to system/app. Paste the LP app in this folder. Profit.

Hope this helps.

So what would be the point of restoring if TWLauncher or any of the other systems apps to not get reinstalled? That was the main goal. I've opened another post for flashing the phone back to factory after the 2.2 update. Thanks for the advice.
