hard reset questions

I was deleting files in order to clear out space and it's possible I deleted
things I shouldn't have.

For example, the 'app installer' doesn't work and when I tried downloading an app (mobo video player) I couldn't find it anywhere even though the website said it was installed.

I was thinking about a hard reset. Will this re-install all original apps and any
missing files ? (I 've backed up all data )

Correct me if I'm wrong, but a hard reset means pulling out the phones battery when it hangs right? I think you mean a factory reset.

Anyway, doing a factory reset will not bring back those apps you uninstalled.
