Hard Reset - What isn't deleted

Okay, I've got what may be a stupid question or one that I've just missed the answer to somewhere else.

If I do a hard reset, what isn't deleted/erased? Basically, will my Hero need to be set up with Sprint again and will it keep any phone numbers? I know all my apps will be deleted and settings restored to factory.

Everything will be deleted including contacts, calendar events, apps, settings, scenes, etc. When the device restarts, your contacts and calendar events will resync and reappear from your Google account and your phone will automatically be reactivated by Sprint (no need to take to a store or call customer service, etc). You can either redownload your apps through the market or you can back them up before resetting, using Astro (in the market). Nothing on the SD card will be deleted. It is an inconvenience, but by no means a terribly hard task. Good luck.
