Hard Reset?

When you hard reset, does it rid your phone of the account that it's on? Would I have to get the phone re-activated?

no, hard resets simply gets you back to the state when you first activated. I suggest holding both volume keys down and press the power button.....if that doesnt work then hold the volume up button and the power button....that will take you to the screen to hard reset....but remember hard reset you lose all your settings but my first option (soft reset) you may fix your problem
