I need to hard reset my phone. the Screen is stuck on 0% brightness so it wont even turn on. When i hold the volume down button down n press the power button i just get a download screen. Help?
With the Fascinate you need to hold both the Vol Up AND Vol Down while powering the phone. Once you are in recovery you make your selection by pressing the Home button (not the power button).
