Help Hardware issue

has anyone ever came across of this type of issue when you were trying to add your phone onto your computer. it says:

Insert the disc that came with your CDC Serial.

Can someone please help

Nope are you on a PC and if so how old is it, most newer computers will recognize your phone and automatically install the drivers needed.

If all you are trying to do is copy files, go to menu>settings>applications>usb utilities and turn on storage mode. Then plug in your phone ans see if it will connect.
