Help Has anyone been able to remove shortcuts off the "wall".....m

or the "desktop". I added some app shortcuts but want to re-arrange and or move them and haven't been able to for the life of me.
I have seen that we'll have to wait for 2.0 to remove any of the factory installed apps, just want to "clean" up what I created. (Like 2 of the same on my wall)

Hold down with your finger on them for a few seconds, soon they will "rise" from the background and you can drag them down to the garbage bin which should appear.
 
So if I understand correctly I can't remove shortcuts from the tray until we see the 2.1 update? I want to get rid of stuff like the bejeweled demo, and I can't seem to remove/uninstall it via the settings menu.

Even with 2.1 update you wont be able to remove bejewled demo from the tray or uninstall it :D
I am not going to say how you can because this has been beat to death in many many threads on this forum and others
