Has anyone been able to tether MyTouch Slide to iPad?

I've tried many different ways to tether my Rooted MyTouch Slide 3G to my iPad. It seems every app i've used causes my phone to not show up in the wifi settings on the iPad.

Is there as of now any way for the MyTouch Slide 3G to be tethered to the iPad and if so what app... apk... patch... or anything?

I was able to tether my Slide to my iPod Touch using Barnacle Wifi Tether. Make sure you enable the "Skip wpa_supplicant" in the settings.

Nice... I managed to get the phone to show up on my iPad now finally thanks to your help. How fast does yours run? I havent been able to get a single page to load. I don't know if it's just the signal (I get pages to load on my phone) or if it's the iPad/MyTouch Slide 3G combo that seem to hate each other lol...

I've clicked the associate button... Barnacle says its connected... Under the traffic tab, I see the upload number raising, however 0.00 KB/s for download. I assume this is like the "sent and receive" on a regular network...

Do you surf the web on your iPod Touch?
