Looks like you are using the stock recovery for the Lenovo when you see that "booting recovery image" message. In order for your tablet's recovery system to recognize it, you will need to rename it update.zip.
Edit: Before flashing that OTA, make sure you downloaded the right one for your country.
If that doesn't work then you will probably need to NVflash. They are usually img. files that you need to keep in one folder where your NVflash bat file is. At least this is what I do with my Gtablet that also uses NVflash.
Other things to thing about when NVflashing is that you put your tablet in APX mode and that you have the right USB PC drivers.
