Has anyone got a Hudl yet?

Modern Combat surprisingly looks to play ok.

I only did 5 mins of the first mission and whilst not buttery smooth, it is definitely playable.

I just realised Ravensword was part of a previous humble bundle so downloading that to give it a go now.

As long as it plays okay, I can deal with the load times. Looks like I'll be getting one then.

Thanks for the help.

Andy

It seems very good. It is my first tablet but I have used computers for decades. I got it for 60 pounds worth of tesco vouchers.
The only very minor niggle is the wifi reaches my bedroom, which is above my router in the living room. It does not reach kitchen (2 walls between). My laptop wifi works fine in the kitchen.

I have now changed the WiFi channel from auto, on my router, to 12. It now works in the kitchen.
Excellent buy for 60 pounds.

You can't really go wrong with free! :p

I stopped shopping at Tesco when an Asda opened not far from my young lads school, if it hadn't, I'd have probably got mine for free too. Although, to be fair, I'd still be happy with it if I paid full price.

WiFi isn't the greatest, but trying the standard stuff (checking for the best WiFi Channel, giving the tab a static IP) does improve things a little. Have you tried either of those? I can give you a run down on both if needed. :)

Thanks for the advice - my only real complaint on the Hudl is that the Wifi is not as receptive as my laptops - but swapping the router from "auto" to Channel 12 has resulted in a stronger signal.
