Root Has anyone gotten Boot Manager to work on their TB?

I bought it from the market and spent the last four days going back and forth with support trying to get it to work, with no success. Just wondering if anyone else has been able to successfully use it and, if so, what did they do?

I haven't tried but remember seeing people at XDA with it working, some roms won't work with it

I wanted to try it out but I don't have enough room on my SD card for only 1 rom :( I couldn't even make a backup last flash without first deleting some things

I can't really see myself using it as I don't have any need for more than 1 rom I can use at a time.

sounds like an acident waiting to happen to me. rom manager for multiple roms
Meh, it actually seems pretty safe. I fiddled with it for four days doing all kinds of crap on multiple roms trying to get it to work, but could never get it working, even with roms they list as fully working. Didn't mess anything up, though. Just didn't work. Seems like it doesn't work far more than it does from what I've read, especially for Thunderbolt.

I think some of the BAMF roms are boot manager friendly but from what I have read I have to agree with your assessment that many (or most) roms aren't able to deal with it. I believe it has something to do with how the rom is flashed and if the rom itself is all within the zip package vs if there are parts of the rom that are created by the phone itself when flashing but that may be getting a little too involved than most people here care to discuss.

I was trying to do BAMF 1.8.6, which they list as fully working, but I couldn't get it to work and the support team couldn't figure it out after four days, so who knows.

I installed CM7 with boot manager today, and so far it works really well.

What kind of problems are you guys having?
