Has anyone had any success returning the phone?

The idiots sent me a replacement device... NO battery, NO battery door, NO accessories, NO documention, NOTHING... no even a Nexus One box... (I had returned everything in ORIGINAL condition, as requested)...

Now more phone calls... this is getting ridiculous!!

The same thing happened to me...I received the replacement phone last Wednesday. Called the customer service on the same day, was told that i would get a call or email update from them, but received no update. I had to call them a couple of more times. Today, I was told that an email had been sent to the warehouse already, but I should expect the entire process to take a few days. I was recommended to call back at the end of the week (e.g. Friday). Apparently, the supervisor I talked to said that there was a handful of customers who sent them everything, and they were in the process of figuring out how to resolve the issue (e.g. whether they should find the original accessories that we sent them or send us new accessories.) He said the issue would be resolved and accessories would be returned to us eventually, but it is just a matter of time.

EDIT: oops, sorry, I thought you sent yours to them for replacement. Never mind :-D
