Help Has anyone had the T-Bolt shut itself down?

I was having this issues all mid last week. Phone would shut down and woudl not turn on. I would plug it in to charge and the light would not even come on. I called and complained and they had me do a factory reset. no issues....yet........but they said there is no documented cases of this. It was 3x in one day i had to pull the battery to restart.

stock phone, couple games from amazon appstore.

I don't know how they can tell you that there are no documented cases of this - it's all over the forums, I had one replaced for this reason as have many others. A reset helps for a while, then the problem starts back up. Mine got progressively worse until I had to get it replaced.

Hey guys my thunderbolt will only turn on when it's on the charger and it does it by itself without me pushing the power button. It then goes into a boot loop until I unplug it again. It wont hold enough of a charge to be able to get to the recovery screen and won't go to the recovery screen while on the charger. I don't have it rooted but I do have applanet and apps that I have downloaded from it. Any thoughts?
