has anyone on here uninstalled YouTube on Fresh 1.1?

i was just curious if anyone out there has removed the apk for YouTube on Fresh 1.1? i've heard that removing apk's can sometimes bring unwanted results....

anyhow, i removed it cuz i never use it - and it has to be manipulated to work anyhow...i end up just using the browser.

anyhow....does anyone know if this will create any hiccups?

I removed it too b/c I was never able to watch Youtube vids either way (unless I was on Fresh 2.0d)

yah, i kind of got the answer myself just using the phone over the weekend....i didn't have any issues or battery drainage, so i suppose that means removing that apk was harmless. i don't really watch youtube on my phone that much anyhow. maybe if something comes up in conversation...and i'm like "hey..that's funny, let's watch it!!"

Yeah, same here. I'm 99.9% of the time near a desktop or laptop anyways so if I wanted to watch a vid I'd just pop on either and peep the vids
