Has anyone seen this FAQ?

It looks to be geared more toward the Cricket phone but it has a ton of info in it. Should be a must read.

Robb....when I clicked on your link it tried to download to my Word. And it was taking like ten minutes so I stopped it.

Can you give me more info on how to find it at the Huawei site? That site is SOOOO difficult to navigate in. Sigggggggghhhhhhh!!! LOL

Just let it DL from my link. It will open Word. It took about 1 minute for the DL here at work. The site must be slow.

I will look and see if I can find it another way.
