No, it'll be an accessory that you can buy. It makes the phone much fatter, though.

There is an optional inductive charging back. you can use it to charge the phone with a powermat or similar device, and you don't have to plug it in to charge it.
I don't think it makes it "much fatter" but from what I can tell, the entire phone will be flat, so if you look at how thick it is at the hump, the entire phone will be that thick

Well, that's pretty thick. As compared of course to the rest of the phone.
