Looks like it does the same things RomManager/et Al. can accomplish. Looks interesting but being fairly new to this scene I stick with what the XDA devs put out and support. Haven't even heard this mentioned (I browse waaaaaaay too much to miss most things, even if they are over my little head).

I'd probably stay a way. Hell I'd probably stay away from that website. Look:

The app has got a console terminal emulator. So if you have any of your own Android OS codes, feel free to emulate it right on your phone. No need of any other emulator.
