Wanted to find out if it works well with the phone. Thanks.

My bad. That should read Pro HDR.

Sorry for the useless post. Pro HDR only supports cameras with up to a 5MP resolution.

Huh? I tried to buy it and it said it was not available for my device... went to the website and saw the 5MP thing.

When I search for in through the Android Market App on my phone I cannot see it. On the web browser of my laptop, I can see it but cannot buy it. Would like to buy this app.

On their website, they may mean the iPhone ;)

On the website of the Android market, you'll see 8MP in the description.

You have Desire HD, than you should could contact the dev.

No, 8MP :)
I have this nice app on my Desire HD.

Hi Harry,
Quick question. I just installed proHDR v1.25 into my DHD and i get this slight tick when i load the program then it ticks when i go into settings and ticks when i back out, also when i back out of the program. is this normal? i'm trying to trace where the tick is coming from but it's hard to tell.
Do you witness the same?

I just tried it, several times, got no tick.

Maybe it is a country thing?

No reply to the email... am guessing I cannot buy this app from my country. Thanks all.

If your phone is rooted, there is a way to "trick" the market in to thinking your phone is from a different part of the world, so you would be able to download the app.

If it's not rooted, I don't think it's possible to do that though - you may not want to root your phone just so you can download the app, as it voids your warrantee!

(Just in case you're not rooted and wanna get a bit of info first - http://androidforums.com/desire-hd-all-things-root/354749-how-root-install-custom-rom-desire-hd.html)

My phone is not rooted, and I have no plans of rooting at the present time. But thanks.

It works great on the Desire HD. But I must admit it does a better job on the iPhone 4, although the camera is not as good as the Desire HD.

I have managed to download this app and im a bit baffled by it? call me a noob or whatever. but what can this app do compared to your average camera on a desire hd????

I only know what I've seen on the Android Market/the devs website, but it takes one photo exposed for the dark parts of whatever you're viewing and one exposed for the light parts and then combines the two images to give you a properly balanced, fully exposed image.
