I wouldnt factory reset if it were me. It happened to me too, but its not an actual reboot. Its Sense reloading itself; I think someone else in the forum mentioned redraws and thats what this is equivalent. Even if you factory restore, once you get up and running its going to do it again. Sense just redraws in a different way!

Edit:I'm glad it resolved itself (hopefully without the factory restore)!!!!!

Since deleting the task killers I have yet had the screen reset!

there you go. you may have had "auto kill" on, and that was auto-killing sense. therefore, everytime you exited an app, sense would restart itself. glad it's working!

fwiw this happened to me a few times the other day (no TK for me) but I really did have a bunch of crap running, hadn't restarted phone for couple weeks i think. I quick restart (i have fast boot off) and all was good
