Can someone check their task manager (assuming Htc Evo design has a task manager), and check their CPU usage Percentage (%) and let me know what yours is at on average.
I want to compare and see to another phone I have.
 
If I killed all apps, or checked after a reboot, I would usually have around 210 - 240 MB of CPU available. Sense uses a lot of our CPU ability, and then a certain portion which isn't displayed in the task manager is set aside for the system.

Edit: I was, however, using a rooted device with custom ROM and kernel. But those numbers aren't notably different than while I was still running stock.
