Help Have had Galaxy Nexus for 3 days, can other owners help re ICS notification settings?

I have set up my corporate Exchange email account, and also my gmail account. All very slick and easy to use, loving it so far.

I want to be able to set a different notification tone for incoming email dependent on which of these accounts the email arrives at. Used to be so easy on 2.3, but can't work out how to do this in 4.0.

Do I need to wait for app updates, or am I just missing something simple?

Im assuming you've setup email and Gmail in their own apps. If so go to settings, hit the account you want notifications from and scroll down to ringtone.
