If by some reason I lost my LP, and go in market and reinstall w/ it come back to me like I never lost it? Same set-up I had b/4. All the tweeks I did and apps on home screen w/ widgets and all?

How did you "lose" it? Uninstalled? If so, say bye bye to your setup unless you backed it up via the settings.

I actually want to unistall to make room for ADW Launcher. Obviously there is NEVER enough room for anything on internal memory. I want to give ADW a go, for a little while.
How would I actually back up my LP settings -VIA the settings?

Its exactly what you and I just wrote.
Go into LP settings, scroll down, hit backup.
It'll dump your settings onto your /sdcard.
