Have the Nexus data/force close/Battery issues been resolved yet???

Tomm is my last day to return my iPhone 4S if i decide to, and the Samsung Galaxy Nexus was the Phone i originally wanted but i kept hearing there were major issues. Has the last update resolved most of these issues??

Or i am better off staying with my boring limited yet reliable Iphone 4S.

to answer your question, there have not been official updates issued for the phone since it was released.

whether the phones have issues to begin with is up to you to decide from reading all the forums. many people have issues. many don't.

Force close issues? I have never really had any. 4g issues... Well.. a part of that was Verizon as they had some major 4g outages the same week the Nexus came out. There is no longer as big an issue with 4g signal and an update coming soon makes it even better (it has already come out in leaked form and the radio update seems solid).

Battery is another issue. It is sort of all over the place although the iPhone 4s is no champ either. You should not have too much trouble for a 12 hour day. If you sync exchange and multiple other accounts its a challenge. Take out exchange push and you'll be fine. Even with exchange tweaking things can get you pretty good life.

Either way.. good luck!

IMHO, you will get a better quality phone with the iPhone, as in physical hardware.
You will also likely have fewer OS bugs as well. My GN has tons of bugs. Mostly pretty mild, but still bugs. I never had any with my 3GS and I used it ALOT. But, you have to consider we haven't seen an official update yet...
I'll take a few initial bugs over going back to the iPhone any day. My 13 year old sister just got a 4S. No thanks.

One other issue to consider.... If you want your phone to tell you what to do get the iPhone. Siri will tell you what need.

If you want to tell your phone what to do get the Nexus. ;)
